On May 18th 2019 Josipa Kafadar competed in the 2019 Senior World Championships. In her first round she competed against Cyprus and won her match 15-0. In her next match she faced Wu Jing Yu of China, a three time world champion and two time Olympic Champion. She fought incredibly well but came up short losing 17-5. Wu then went on to win the silver medal. Which places Josipa 18th overall in her division. Congratulations Josipa, what a way to start your senior career.
